The Esther & Joshua Royal Academy is a premier Christian leadership and character development academy designed to equip young ladies and young men to become confident, compassionate, and Christ-centered leaders.
More than a traditional cotillion or beautillion, this year-long academy combines biblical discipleship, leadership development, etiquette, life skills, mentorship, community service, financial literacy, public speaking, and personal growth into one transformational experience.
Inspired by the lives of Queen Esther and Joshua, participants will discover that true royalty is not defined by titles or crowns, but by character, courage, faith, and a heart to serve.
Throughout the academy, students will:

Grow in their identity and confidence in Christ.

Develop leadership, communication, and public speaking skills.

Learn social, business, and dining etiquette.

Build lifelong friendships and mentorship relationships.

Complete meaningful community service projects.

Explore college, career, and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Strengthen their faith through prayer, Bible study, and servant leadership.

Prepare for a formal Royal Presentation Gala, celebrating their growth and accomplishments.
Each participant will graduate with a leadership portfolio, documented service hours, practical life skills, and the confidence to lead in their schools, churches, families, and communities.
